Physician-prescribed peptides compounded by licensed US pharmacies, with provider oversight from intake through every refill. None of these peptides is FDA-approved.
Please read: BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon are available under a draft interim HHS enforcement-discretion policy from October 2026, not FDA approval, and the policy may change. Human evidence for all of these peptides is limited, and most are prohibited in drug-tested sports. A licensed provider decides whether any peptide is appropriate for you.
Six compounded peptide therapies, each reviewed and prescribed by a licensed provider.

No. None of these peptides is FDA-approved, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon are compounded under a draft interim policy that HHS published in late October 2026, saying it does not intend to take enforcement action against state-licensed pharmacies and physicians that compound them for individual patients, as long as ten conditions are met. That is enforcement discretion, not approval. The policy is not final, public comments are open through November 13, 2026, and it may change.
Start with the peptide that matches your goal and complete the online visit. A licensed provider reviews your health history and decides whether that peptide is appropriate for you. You will only be prescribed a peptide if it is medically appropriate.
No. The HHS policy covers only single-ingredient products, so blends that mix peptides in the same vial (for example, BPC-157 with TB-500) are not offered. Your provider will decide whether taking more than one peptide as separate prescriptions is appropriate.
The HHS policy limits each peptide to specific forms. Semax is covered only for use in the nose, so it is offered as a nasal spray. BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, and Epitalon are offered as injections, and Epitalon is given in short, intermittent courses.
For all of these peptides, most research is in cells and animals, and human studies are few, small, or absent. FDA reviewers recommended against adding each of the HHS-listed peptides to the compounding list, and an FDA advisory committee narrowly voted to recommend them in July 2026. Benefits in people have not been proven.
If you are subject to anti-doping testing, we do not recommend it. BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, and Sermorelin are prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and Semax may be prohibited. Use can result in sanctions even if it was prescribed.
